What happens if we break down outside Ladysmith?
If you breakdown outside of Ladysmith, either on the side of the road or at your site, give us a call on (250) 245-3092. We have a mobile shop truck to help you. Some occasions require a tow back to our shop so we can arrange to get your RV safely to us.
Where do we stay if repairs take longer than a day?
Some people prefer to stay in their RVs on our property. If not, we can help arrange a stay in one of the wonderful Bed and Breakfasts in the area.
Do you have a maximum size RV you will accept?
We have never had one too big for our shop! As long as they are no taller then our 14ft doors, and even if they are, we can do the work in our yard.
Is there an RV wash available?
There is an RV wash located approximately 1 km south on Rocky Creek Road, just down the road from our shop. They also have a sani-dump available.
We are always happy to give owners a ride into Ladysmith while their RV is getting serviced/repaired.
